Timed Drain Valve Known as Electronic Timer Auto Drain Used for Compressed Air System

1. Description

Timed Drain Valve (also known as electronic timer auto drain) is an electronically controlled automatic drain device widely used in compressed air systems. It opens and closes on a pre-set timing cycle to discharge condensate automatically. Unlike float-type drains, it does not rely on water level to trigger draining.

2. Application

Drain condensate (water mixed with compressor oil) from air receivers, precision filters, refrigerated dryers, adsorption dryers and low points of compressed air pipelines.

Prevent condensate from flowing downstream to damage pneumatic components, avoid pipeline corrosion and oil emulsification.

Applied in vacuum equipment and small pressure vessels for periodic liquid discharge.

Eliminate frequent manual draining work.
