Description

Sintered felt is a porous metal filter material manufactured by laying metal fibers into a non-woven felt structure and then sintering under high temperature and vacuum conditions. The metal fibers are metallurgically bonded at contact points, forming a stable, integral porous body without adhesives. Common raw materials include stainless steel fiber, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, and titanium fibers.
