## Full Brief Introduction 

Vacuum Oil Purifier is a professional oil treatment equipment integrating heating, vacuum dehydration, degassing and multi-stage precision filtration. It is widely used to restore contaminated insulating oil and lubricating oil by removing free water, emulsified water, dissolved gas and solid particulate impurities.

### Working Principle

Polluted oil first enters the pre-filter to trap large particles. Then the oil is heated to a proper temperature to reduce viscosity. The heated oil flows into the vacuum chamber and forms thin oil film. Under high vacuum condition, water boils and evaporates at low temperature. Water vapor and dissolved gases are extracted by vacuum pump and condensed for separation. After vacuum dehydration & degassing, oil passes through fine filters to remove micro solid contaminants, and clean oil is pumped out for reuse.
