The Coalescer Separator Filter is a high-efficiency filtration system designed for the deep dehydration and purification of diesel oil and other hydrocarbon fluids. It utilizes advanced coalescing and separation technology to effectively remove free water and solid particulate contaminants from fuel.

Working Principle
The system operates on a two-stage filtration mechanism:

1. Coalescing Stage: Oil flows through coalescing filter elements, where microscopic water droplets merge into larger droplets.

2. Separation Stage: The enlarged water droplets settle to the bottom of the vessel by gravity, while clean, dry oil passes through the separation elements and exits the system.

Key Technical Features

• Design Standard: Typically designed, fabricated, and certified in accordance with ASME Code Section VIII (or CE marked).

• Design Parameters: Standard design pressure of 150 psi @ 250ºF (approx. 10.5 kg/cm² @ 121°C).
