Working Principle

It relies on an integrated low-noise self-priming gear pump to circulate oil through graded filter stages step by step:

1. Primary coarse filter: Block large impurities to protect the pump and extend service life of fine filters.

2. Medium coalescing stage: Separate free water, emulsified water and tiny oil sludge.

3. High-precision fine filter: Capture micron-level solid contaminants, bringing oil cleanliness up to NAS 5–8 standard.Pressure gauges monitor filter clogging in real time; overflow and thermal overload protection prevent system damage.
