Design and Working Principle

• Filtration Mechanism: The unit features a rotating drum equipped with a fine micro-screen mesh (visible inside the open tank). Water enters the tank and passes through the rotating screen, trapping suspended solids and sludge on the outside.

• Automatic Cleaning: As the drum rotates, a series of spray nozzles (connected to the black pipe header) wash the captured debris off the screen and into a collection trough for discharge.

• Integrated Pump: The system includes a mounted stainless steel pump and motor, providing the necessary pressure for filtration and backwashing.

• Control Panel: A weather-resistant electrical control box is mounted on the side for automated operation.

• Drainage: Features red-handled ball valves at the bottom for manual sludge discharge and maintenance.
