Security Filter made of 304/316 with PP melt blown Filter cartridge inside for Water Filtration

Description

Fine filter (also named security filter or cartridge filter) is a pressure type industrial filtration unit, mainly composed of 304 / 316L stainless steel housing and interchangeable filter cartridges such as PP melt‑blown filter cartridges, wound cartridges and pleated cartridges.

Under working pressure, fluid flows through filter cartridges, where fine particles, suspended solids, colloids, rust and other impurities are physically intercepted. Filtration accuracy covers 0.1‑100 micron.

It normally serves as pre‑filter to protect downstream RO / UF membrane elements against particle fouling; it can also act as terminal polishing filter to improve fluid purity for final products.
